Description

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and slice them if large.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
