Ingredients

- 2 cups spinach or kale
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup almond milk or yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine spinach or kale, banana, frozen mixed berries, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey/maple syrup.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into freezer-safe bags or containers.
- Freeze until ready to use.
- When ready to make a smoothie, blend the frozen pack with additional liquid until desired consistency is reached.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for a sweeter smoothie. Experiment with different fruits and greens for variety.
