Description

Quick and customizable smoothie packs for a nutritious breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups spinach or kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup almond milk or yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine spinach or kale, banana, frozen mixed berries, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey/maple syrup.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into freezer-safe bags or containers.
  4. Freeze until ready to use.
  5. When ready to make a smoothie, blend the frozen pack with additional liquid until desired consistency is reached.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for a sweeter smoothie. Experiment with different fruits and greens for variety.
