- 8 eggs
- 8 slices of cheese
- 8 slices of cooked bacon or sausage patties
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the eggs to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Split the English muffins and lightly toast them.
- Layer a slice of cheese, a cooked egg, and a slice of bacon or sausage on the bottom half of each muffin.
- Place the top muffin half on each sandwich.
- Wrap each sandwich in foil or parchment paper and place in a freezer-safe bag.
- To reheat, remove wrapping and microwave for 1-2 minutes or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until heated through.
