Description

Delicious and customizable breakfast sandwiches perfect for busy mornings. Prepped ahead, these sandwiches can be quickly heated for a hearty start to your day.


Ingredients

  • 8 English muffins
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 slices of cheese
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon or sausage patties
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook the eggs to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Split the English muffins and lightly toast them.
  3. Layer a slice of cheese, a cooked egg, and a slice of bacon or sausage on the bottom half of each muffin.
  4. Place the top muffin half on each sandwich.
  5. Wrap each sandwich in foil or parchment paper and place in a freezer-safe bag.
  6. To reheat, remove wrapping and microwave for 1-2 minutes or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until heated through.

Notes
