Description
Make pancakes in advance, freeze them, and enjoy a quick breakfast any day.
Ingredients
- Pancakes
- Wax paper or parchment paper
- Plastic wrap or freezer bags
Instructions
- Allow the pancakes to cool completely after cooking.
- Stack pancakes with a piece of wax or parchment paper in between each pancake to prevent sticking.
- Wrap the stack tightly in plastic wrap or place it in a freezer bag.
- Label the bag with the date and freeze for up to 2 months.
- To reheat, simply microwave or place in a toaster until warmed through.
Notes
For best results, serve with maple syrup, fresh fruit, or whipped cream after reheating.
