Description

Make pancakes in advance, freeze them, and enjoy a quick breakfast any day.


Ingredients

  • Pancakes
  • Wax paper or parchment paper
  • Plastic wrap or freezer bags

Instructions

  1. Allow the pancakes to cool completely after cooking.
  2. Stack pancakes with a piece of wax or parchment paper in between each pancake to prevent sticking.
  3. Wrap the stack tightly in plastic wrap or place it in a freezer bag.
  4. Label the bag with the date and freeze for up to 2 months.
  5. To reheat, simply microwave or place in a toaster until warmed through.

Notes

For best results, serve with maple syrup, fresh fruit, or whipped cream after reheating.
