Description

A quick and delicious salmon dish packed with flavor, featuring miso paste, honey, and soy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well combined in a small bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  4. Brush the miso mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
