A quick and healthy chicken and broccoli stir-fry, perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Cook sliced chicken breast until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets and soy sauce, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
Marinate the chicken for extra flavor. Don’t overcook the broccoli to retain texture.
