Description

A quick and healthy chicken and broccoli stir-fry, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Cook sliced chicken breast until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli florets and soy sauce, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve over cooked rice.

Notes

Marinate the chicken for extra flavor. Don’t overcook the broccoli to retain texture.
