Delicious and convenient egg bites packed with flavor from Gruyere cheese and bacon, perfect for breakfast or snacks.

- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded Gruyere cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture into each cup, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly browned.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
- Garnish with chives if desired and serve warm.
Notes
