Description

A simple and satisfying crustless quiche made with tuna, eggs, and veggies, perfect for a nutritious breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  3. Mix the eggs and milk in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
  4. Add the drained tuna, shredded cheese, chopped spinach, diced onion, diced bell pepper, along with salt and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Cool slightly before slicing to serve.
