- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 cup buttermilk
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken wings in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- Mix together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Dredge the marinated chicken wings in the flour mixture.
- Fry the wings in batches until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
- Combine gochujang, honey, rice vinegar, and minced garlic to make the sauce in a separate bowl.
- Toss the fried wings in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve the wings garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
