Description

A comforting dish of tender chicken breasts enveloped in a rich creamy garlic sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or special gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for about 1 minute until fragrant, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for a few minutes, scraping any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet for extra flavor.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it generously with the creamy sauce.
  6. Simmer for another 5 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors of the sauce while it thickens slightly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve over pasta, rice, or with fresh vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
