- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for about 1 minute until fragrant, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
- Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for a few minutes, scraping any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet for extra flavor.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it generously with the creamy sauce.
- Simmer for another 5 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors of the sauce while it thickens slightly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve over pasta, rice, or with fresh vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
