- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine chicken broth, shredded chicken, and ranch seasoning in a large pot.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
- Add the cream cheese and stir until it’s melted and smoothly combined.
- Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits until well mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
