Description

A creamy and comforting Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole filled with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and zesty ranch dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (such as penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cooked pasta, broccoli (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can reheat individual portions in the microwave or oven. Casseroles can also be frozen for about 2-3 months.
