- 1 cup apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the oats, milk, diced apples, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Add the chopped nuts and dried fruit, if desired.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with honey or yogurt.
