Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 cup apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the oats, milk, diced apples, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the chopped nuts and dried fruit, if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
