- 4 ripe peaches
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Vanilla ice cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
- Arrange the peach halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
- Create a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the peaches.
- Dot each peach half with a little butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Notes
Use perfectly ripe peaches for the best flavor. Adjust sweetness with brown sugar to taste.
