Description

Delicious baked peaches coated in cinnamon sugar, served warm with vanilla ice cream.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Vanilla ice cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
  3. Arrange the peach halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
  4. Create a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the peaches.
  6. Dot each peach half with a little butter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until tender.
  8. Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes

Use perfectly ripe peaches for the best flavor. Adjust sweetness with brown sugar to taste.
