Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Cook the sliced chicken breast until browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Toss in the green beans and pour in the soy sauce; stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the chicken and green beans over cooked rice and enjoy!
