Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  3. Cook the sliced chicken breast until browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Toss in the green beans and pour in the soy sauce; stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the chicken and green beans over cooked rice and enjoy!
