Description

A delightful twist on classic chicken parmesan, these sliders are packed with juicy ground chicken, crispy breadcrumbs, marinara sauce, and gooey mozzarella, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties that fit the slider buns.
  4. Cook each patty in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing the cooked patties on buns, adding marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
