Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Add sliced chicken breast to the skillet, allowing it to cook undisturbed for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Stir in the minced garlic, letting it cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the chopped cabbage, bell pepper, and julienned carrots. Give everything a good stir.
- Continue to stir fry the mixture for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables soften but still retain some crunch.
- Drizzle the soy sauce over the stir fry, stirring well to combine everything.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
