Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add sliced chicken breast to the skillet, allowing it to cook undisturbed for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, letting it cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the chopped cabbage, bell pepper, and julienned carrots. Give everything a good stir.
  5. Continue to stir fry the mixture for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables soften but still retain some crunch.
  6. Drizzle the soy sauce over the stir fry, stirring well to combine everything.
  7. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve the Chicken Cabbage Stir Fry while it’s still hot.
