Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups cooked pasta (e.g., rotini or penne)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing, cooked pasta, half of the shredded cheese, and chopped green onions in a large mixing bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top the casserole with the remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with a crisp side salad or warm garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
