Description

A comforting casserole featuring chicken, crispy bacon, and zesty ranch dressing baked under a cheesy topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (e.g., rotini or penne)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing, cooked pasta, half of the shredded cheese, and chopped green onions in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top the casserole with the remaining shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
