Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread the tater tots evenly in a large baking dish.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots.
- Add the shredded cheese and optional sausage or bacon on top.
