Description

A delightful dish combining tender chicken with a rich, cheesy topping and a kick of spice, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the cheese mixture evenly on top of each breast.
  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the cheese mixture.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with a side of your choice.

Notes
