Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the cooked broccoli, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, ensuring not to slice all the way through.
- Stuff each chicken breast generously with the creamy filling.
- Sear each stuffed chicken breast in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked (165°F/74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
