- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup crushed crackers (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, cooked rice, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- If using, sprinkle crushed crackers on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding fresh herbs or extra cheese on top before serving.
