Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup crushed crackers (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, cooked rice, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. If using, sprinkle crushed crackers on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
