Description

A comforting chicken dish filled with vibrant broccoli and gooey cheddar cheese, perfect for any family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the steamed broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Fill each pocket with the broccoli-cheddar mixture, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the stuffed chicken breasts until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
