Ingredients

- 1 pound beef (sliced thinly)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
- Add garlic and ginger, and stir for another minute until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, and toss everything together until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
For added flavor, serve with spring rolls or a cucumber salad, and consider adding sesame seeds on top.
