Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef (sliced thinly)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, and stir for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, and toss everything together until well coated.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

For added flavor, serve with spring rolls or a cucumber salad, and consider adding sesame seeds on top.
