Description

A quick and tasty meal that combines tender beef with colorful veggies, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef strips
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice.
