Ingredients

  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ranch dressing mix, breadcrumbs, and grated Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush each chicken breast with olive oil or melted butter.
  5. Coat each chicken breast thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Arrange the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
