Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast, then roll them up tightly.
- Dredge each rolled chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the chicken rolls in a greased baking dish and spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
- Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, substitute breadcrumbs with crushed gluten-free crackers or almond flour.
