- 6–8 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wrap each water chestnut with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Arrange the wrapped chestnuts in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Mix the soy sauce and brown sugar in a small bowl until it forms a syrup, then pour over the bacon-wrapped water chestnuts.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
Notes
