Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained
  • 68 slices bacon, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wrap each water chestnut with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Arrange the wrapped chestnuts in a single layer in a baking dish.
  4. Mix the soy sauce and brown sugar in a small bowl until it forms a syrup, then pour over the bacon-wrapped water chestnuts.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
