Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Chop the bacon into small pieces and add it to the Brussels sprouts.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts are tender and bacon is crispy, stirring halfway through.
