Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Chop the bacon into small pieces and add it to the Brussels sprouts.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts are tender and bacon is crispy, stirring halfway through.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes
