Description

A refreshing twist on classic coleslaw with crunchy cabbage, sweet apples, and tart cranberries, perfect for parties or a light lunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, apple, and dried cranberries in a large bowl.
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider adding nuts like walnuts or almonds. You can substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise for a lighter dressing.
