Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the almond flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the mashed bananas, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let the cookies cool before serving.
