- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Soak the chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- Combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Coat each piece of chicken with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the chicken in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs. Leftover chicken can be reheated in the air fryer to reset its crunch.
