Description

A light and refreshing chicken salad with a modern twist from the air fryer, perfect for a quick lunch or gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken and veggies in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Warm the mixture in the air fryer for about 5 minutes at 350°F (optional).
