Ingredients

- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- Combine chicken and veggies in a large bowl.
- Whisk the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
- Warm the mixture in the air fryer for about 5 minutes at 350°F (optional).
