Description

Crispy, caramelized Brussels sprouts made effortlessly in the air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Trim the stem ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice each sprout in half.
  3. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  4. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar just before serving (optional).

Notes

For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer. You can use frozen Brussels sprouts by adding a few extra cooking minutes.
