- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Trim the stem ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice each sprout in half.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar just before serving (optional).
Notes
For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer. You can use frozen Brussels sprouts by adding a few extra cooking minutes.
