Scale
  • 1 pound gnocchi

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  3. Pour in the crushed tomatoes, stirring in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5-7 minutes until it’s heated through and begins to thicken slightly.
  5. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss them gently to coat in the savory sauce.
  6. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place them on top of the gnocchi.
  7. Serve the gnocchi hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
