Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped cabbage
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until softened and fragrant.
  3. Toss in the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  4. Stir in the chopped cabbage, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  5. Continue cooking for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender but still has a slight crunch.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional soy sauce or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
