- 1 large tortilla
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup black olives (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
- Brush one side of the tortilla generously with olive oil.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the top of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add sliced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and olives on top.
- Season with Italian seasoning.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom is crisp and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and experiment with different cheeses if desired. This pizza pairs well with a light salad and can be reheated in a skillet.
