Description

A quick and easy vegetarian tortilla pizza that transforms simple ingredients into a delightful dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup black olives (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brush one side of the tortilla generously with olive oil.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the top of the tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add sliced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and olives on top.
  6. Season with Italian seasoning.
  7. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom is crisp and cheese is melted.
  8. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and experiment with different cheeses if desired. This pizza pairs well with a light salad and can be reheated in a skillet.
