Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan to prevent sticking.
- Combine the Greek yogurt and eggs, whisking them until smooth and creamy.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and any optional spices. Mix until fully combined.
- Transfer the batter into the greased loaf pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool the bread for several minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
