Description

This Zero Carb Yogurt Bread offers the comforting texture of traditional loaves without the carbs, thanks to Greek yogurt and almond flour.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan to prevent sticking.
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt and eggs, whisking them until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and any optional spices. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Transfer the batter into the greased loaf pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
  6. Cool the bread for several minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Serve with toppings like avocado or cream cheese, or use as sandwich bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for a week.
