Description

A vibrant celebration of winter flavors with crisp apples, juicy citrus, and exotic kiwi, perfect for brunch or a light dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 apples, chopped
  • 2 pears, chopped
  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 2 mandarins, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 kiwis, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chop the apples and pears into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Peel and segment the oranges and mandarins.
  3. Cut the kiwi into slices.
  4. Combine all the fruits in a large bowl and gently toss them together.
  5. Drizzle the honey over the fruit salad and mix lightly.
