Description

A creamy and cheesy dip with garlic and Italian seasoning, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil, for garnish
  • Toppings: diced tomatoes, olives, etc.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if desired), salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Transfer the cheesy mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil and any desired toppings.
  6. Serve warm with bread, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.
