Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Blend the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined, then fold in optional chopped nuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving warm with ice cream.
