Ingredients

Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- Finely chop the red onion and fresh parsley.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, bell pepper, red onion, and parsley.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
