- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1–2 fresh chili peppers, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Stir until the sugar and salt dissolve completely.
- Add minced garlic and sliced chili peppers to infuse the vinegar mix with delicious aromas.
- Layer the carrots, daikon, cucumbers, cabbage, and bell peppers in a clean glass jar.
- Pour the vinegar mixture over the vegetables, ensuring they are submerged.
- Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
