Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base Mixture by mixing together the chia seeds, almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, brewed coffee, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well until everything is combined and ensure there are no clumps.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  4. Once thickened, stir the pudding again to redistribute the chia seeds.
  5. Serve in individual cups or bowls.
  6. Dust the top with cocoa powder and add dark chocolate shavings if desired.
