Ingredients

- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced cucumbers
- Sliced tomatoes
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, sweet chili sauce, green onions, garlic, ginger, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg. Mix until just combined and season with salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into even-sized patties.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve the turkey burgers on the buns with lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
Notes
For added flavor, consider mixing in chopped cilantro or basil. Leftover patties can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
