Description

Delicious teriyaki chicken skewers, grilled to perfection and packed with flavor. Perfect for gatherings or simple weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks (optional)
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks (optional)
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by combining teriyaki sauce, olive oil, and honey in a bowl.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers, alternating for variety.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate longer. Soak wooden skewers in water before grilling to prevent burning.
