Ingredients
- Halloumi cheese
- Tortilla wraps
- Sweet chili sauce
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
- Slice the halloumi cheese into thick slices, about ½ inch.
- Fry the halloumi in the pan until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Prepare your wraps by laying out the tortilla wraps on a clean surface.
- Add a layer of crispy lettuce, followed by sliced tomatoes and cucumbers on each wrap.
- Layer the cooked halloumi slices on top of the veggie layer.
- Drizzle sweet chili sauce over the halloumi.
- Squeeze a little lemon juice over everything and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Wrap everything tightly, tucking in the sides to keep all the filling inside.
