Description

Delicious wraps filled with golden fried halloumi, vibrant veggies, and zesty sweet chili sauce, perfect for a cozy meal or a quick lunch.


Ingredients

  • Halloumi cheese
  • Tortilla wraps
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
  2. Slice the halloumi cheese into thick slices, about ½ inch.
  3. Fry the halloumi in the pan until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Prepare your wraps by laying out the tortilla wraps on a clean surface.
  5. Add a layer of crispy lettuce, followed by sliced tomatoes and cucumbers on each wrap.
  6. Layer the cooked halloumi slices on top of the veggie layer.
  7. Drizzle sweet chili sauce over the halloumi.
  8. Squeeze a little lemon juice over everything and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Wrap everything tightly, tucking in the sides to keep all the filling inside.
