- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the sweet chili sauce. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated in the sauce.
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface or plate. Warm them slightly in the microwave or on a skillet for better pliability.
- Place an equal amount of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Add a handful of shredded lettuce, a sprinkle of grated carrots, cucumber slices, and chopped green onions over the chicken.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
Notes
Use leftover chicken to save time. Customize vegetables and sauces to your preference. Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
