- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl: all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
- Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl: milk and vanilla extract.
- Combine the milk mixture with the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
