Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, allowing it to reach the perfect temperature for grilling.
  2. Combine the soy sauce, honey, sriracha, olive oil, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the marinade.
  4. Grill the salmon for about 5-7 minutes per side, brushing with remaining marinade and adding pineapple chunks.
